lombardy trophy 1st race: Heath 14-03-10

definitely started the season with the first race valid for the Lombardy trophy to Heath.

This year I decided to make the category because now the m18 m16 in london has become a bit 'too easy.

The race was a middle line of 4.9 km with 30 m in altitude, 7.1 km marked by garmin. I made one big mistake at the second and then I did everything I could, with a sore knee, to the finish.

I concluded with a very bad time of 1h 2min penultimate front flap just above and behind my father!
I hope the bad knee and had only little training and nothing else.

This week I will try to train well ahead of the first test of the upcoming Italian Cup doamenica.

Malta with the school

year with the school I did an internship language in Malta for a week, March 4 to 11.
