1 ^ orienteering trip to the 2010 season in Tuscany Sassofortino.
We started this morning early to spend the afternoon doing tourism and soothing.
After about four hours of travel we arrived in Siena, we ate and we stopped to visit the city, and for me 'was the first time in Siena. We walked in the old town only for a little over 2 hours but we managed to see almost everything, of course without coming to visit the various churches and important buildings, but I still loved it.
After we went to visit Siena Petriolo: FANTASTIC! the water was 45 degrees and was rilassantissima, we have been there for more immersed in hot water for half an hour and we left all that puzzamamo sulfur.
To round off the wonderful afternoon we went to the basilica of St. Galgano to visit the old church and the sword in the stone.
Then we left the apartment booked, we washed and now we are preparing to eat together.
hope for the best for the race tomorrow ... there will be sweat!
